This Privacy Policy describes how BCPK Investments, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with its principal place of business in College Station, Texas, and doing business as REMY and REMY Accelerator (collectively, “REMY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you:

use the REMY platform, tools, and service packages;

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy regarding our handling of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls for privacy and data protection issues.
By accessing or using any of the Services, or by otherwise providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Business model, pitch decks, presentations, strategy documents, roadmaps, metrics, and KPIs

Important: When you choose to share information in group settings (e.g., cohorts, Slack/Teams/Discord channels, live workshops), that information may be visible to other participants. We cannot control how other participants use or further disclose information you voluntarily share with them.

Send you newsletters, updates, invitations, and promotional communications about REMY, our programs, and related offerings

Run marketing campaigns (online and offline), including retargeting or lookalike audiences where allowed by law

Manage preferences and opt-outs from marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. We may still send you non-promotional communications related to your account, program participation, or transactions.
3.4 Security, Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or illegal activity

4.1 Within BCPK & Affiliates

This is done to evaluate your fit, support your work, and deliver the Services you signed up for. We generally expect these partners to treat such information confidentially, but we cannot guarantee how every individual may handle information you share directly with them.

When you participate in:

Cohort sessions, workshops, or group coaching

Online community spaces (e.g., Slack, Teams, Discord, forums)

Networking events or demo days
some personal and business information (such as your name, company, role, and content you choose to share) may be visible to other participants.
We cannot control or guarantee how other participants or third parties will use or further share information that you voluntarily disclose in group or public settings. You should not share sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information in such settings unless you are comfortable with that risk.
4.5 Business & Marketing Partners
We may share limited information with partners to:

Collaborate on joint offerings

Run co-branded or sponsored marketing campaigns

4.6 Shopify & Online Store Providers (If Applicable)
If you purchase products or services through an online store we host using Shopify or another ecommerce platform:

Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services (e.g., social media, collaboration tools, payment processors, event platforms).
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Any personal information you provide to or that is collected by a third-party site or service is governed by that third party’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
